We would like to inform the Visitor of the website that Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 entitled "Personal Data Protection Code" (hereinafter referred to as "Code") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects to personal data.

PORF-IT, as the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as "the Owner"), uses the site as well as a means of information about its services, also as a personal data collection tool. According to the law, the processing of such data will be based on the principles of fairness, legality and transparency and the protection of the privacy and the rights of the visitor of the website.

During the Visitor's stay on the site, the proprietary information system will collect a number of technical data such as: IP address, browser type, operating system, host and source URL. The Owner may use this data in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical analysis of site access. Such data will not, in any case, be communicated to third parties nor will they be disseminated.

With respect to the e-mails, the explicitly sending of data requests and services, the Data Controller will, in compliance with the Code, collect the spontaneously transmitted personal data (including the e-mail address), and maintain the subsequent filing ( using paper, computer, telematics) for purposes consistent with the visitor's interactions and the time required for verifying and evaluating the provided information for the purpose of exchanging information or contacts.

The treatments performed relate only to common data. The presence of any qualifying data as "sensitive" (within the meaning of Article 4 of the Code) will result in the immediate destruction of the relevant message, announcement or communication that is even provided by the Visitor.

Data collected in the relevant sections of the site may be communicated to other parties in the context of the purpose of completing any requests and for the fulfillment of tax and legislative obligations generally including relationships with any advisers. In such cases, consent will always be required, which can be provided online by filling in a ticked box.

The visitor is made aware that the transmission of data over the Internet can not be considered as having any other performance than the correct application of the security standards imposed by the applicable law.

To exercise the rights provided for in art. 7 of the Law, mentioned above, the Visitor concerned shall address his request to the Owner.
